If you order from our store, we collect this information:
- Billing and shipping addresses

- Company, organization, school or class (optional)
- On-site order contents & dates
- Credit card and/or payment information
If you use our interactive services, the following information may be
collected:
- Answers to questions, and associated analysis and scores.
- Demographic information such as age range, occupation, country, and
sex (male/female)
- Class or group identification
We also collect general statistics about how you arrived at our websites
and the pages you visit. We use website cookies (only on our sites) and
server log files to assist collection.
Information collected by us may
be used for conducting business, internal review, to improve and customize
products and services, to notify you about
changes, and for marketing purposes. Personally identifiable information
will be kept confidential and on a need-to-know basis.
We will obtain your express permission before providing any personally
identifiable information (including your email address) to another 3rd-party organization
for marketing purposes. Currently we have no such arrangements.

required for specific purposes, excluding direct marketing. Only the data
needed to complete the service will be provided. Examples include web
development contractors and shipment/fulfillment contractors. In some cases
we may provide demographic data to 3rd parties for research purposes,
however information that may personally identify you will be removed.
Your information is collected and stored on servers located within the
United States. On some occasions we may need to transfer your information
overseas for specific business purposes such as web development, shipping or
administration. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information will
receive similar protection as it does within the United States.
We may be required to disclose your personal information without your

- To investigate unlawful activity
- If we are required by an enforcement body for investigative purposes
Additional notes:
- We may validate information you provide with relevant service
providers such as email providers, banks or credit agencies or fraud
reduction services.
- If you provide your credit card number, we store only the last 5
digits of the number following the transaction. This is stored encrypted
on our servers.
- If you provide or post information in the Memletics.com Member's
area or other public areas on the websites, you accept you are making
this information publicly available.
From time to time we may use your personal information to identify
products and services which may be of interest to you, and send you
information on such products or services. On each communication you have the
option to remove yourself from future similar communications.
Note that if you continue to use our products or services you may receive
further marketing communication from us.
Please inform us if any of your personal information changes. If you
believe your information is inaccurate or incorrect, please correct it where
possible using provided online systems, or contact us directly.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from
unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. Your information may be
stored in hard copy or electronically on our systems. Your information is
stored in physically secure locations. We maintain computer security through
permissions and passwords to restrict access to authorized personnel.
Sensitive information is stored using encryption.
You may request access to personal information we hold about you. The
process is as follows:
- All requests must be in writing and provide as much detail as
possible about the nature of the information you are requesting access
to.
- We will respond to your requests usually within 14 days, however we
may take up to 30 days for more complicated requests.
- You will need to verify your identity.
- You may be charged a fee for provision of information if the request
is time consuming or complicated.
- Information may be provided by email or mail, or you may need to
required to personally inspect records at an appropriate location.
- You will have the opportunity to update any incorrect information.
In some cases we may not provide access, such as:
- Providing access may impact the privacy of other individuals
- Denying access is required or authorized by law
- The request is inconsequential or frivolous
- Legal proceedings are under way
- Access may reveal a commercially sensitive process
If we deny access, we will provide a reason in writing.
We may change this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted online
at www.memletics.com.
You are entitled to complain if you feel we have infringed your privacy.
Complaints should be in writing and made through one of the contact options
on our contact us page. We will
respond within 14 days and let you know who is handling your query. We will
attempt to resolve your complaint within 30 days, however if this not
possible we will inform you of the approximate timeframe.
If you feel we have not adequately dealt with your complaint, please
contact the relevant government entity handling online privacy in your
