Get rewarded for helping others to learn faster and improve their
memory
The Memletics.com Affiliate program rewards you for referring people to Memletics.com and the Memletics Accelerated Learning Manual.
This page contains key information
and conditions for the program, and is organized as follows:
It's free! There are two ways you can sign up:
- Recommended: Buy the Memletics Manual first,
then go to the affiliates menu in the store. 50% of your order total (less
shipping/taxes) will be credited to your affiliates account on signup -
giving you a great head start for your first affiliate payment.
- Go to the Memletics.com store,
then click Registration (at the bottom of the page). After you've
registered, go to the affiliates menu (again a link at the bottom of the
page).
On your first visit to the affiliates menu you'll be prompted to sign up
to the affiliates program.
There are two levels of affiliates. These are:
- Gold Level
- Platinum Level
All affiliates start on Gold level. After US$200 in direct sales commissions,
affiliates can move to the platinum level. The platinum level currently
offers higher commissions and will provide additional benefits later.
These are the current commissions for web sales of the Memletics Manual (see further below for 5% bonus):
- Gold Affiliate: 15% on each customer's first order, 7.5% on
their following orders.
- Premium Affiliate: 20% on first order from a customer, 10% on
their following orders.
Sales of certifications and volume licenses are also eligible, however these are at the "following order" rate above.

Fact: Did you know that most authors receive less than 10%
royalties on books published by major publishers? We're offering you double
(or more) of what traditional authors receive, and you don't have to write
anything! You also receive a commission on that customer's subsequent orders
from the store.
Fact: Even on our Gold level, you receive 200% more commission
than the standard Amazon.com affiliate. Plus we pay your commission even if
the customer returns & buys later (Amazon doesn't). Plus we pay a commission
on ongoing customer sales (Amazon doesn't).
We're offering three program startup bonuses:
- 50% of your first purchase of the Memletics Manual credited to
your account.
- Get US$5 for signing up to or being a subscriber to the
Memletics Newsletter.
Example - how many sales do you need to get a payment?
As an example, let's assume you buy the Memletics Manual printable PDF
version, and then claim the 50% first purchase bonus and the $5 newsletter
bonus. You only need, on average, 5-7 referral sales to receive your first
US$50 affiliate payment!
Start thinking about all the people you could reach who would like to
learn faster and improve their memory. Most people do!
Commissions are paid quarterly for balances above US$55.
Periods end at midnight on June 30, September 30, December 30 and March
30. Payments will be processed within 2 weeks of these dates.
A reserve of 10% is kept in your account from period to period to cover
potential returns. This may be adjusted by us at any time, based on your
account history.
We will send you payments via Paypal.
Please ensure the email address you register with matches your Paypal
account. Alternative payment options can be arranged (eg money order or
Amazon.com gift voucher), however there may be an additional processing
charge. Please contact us if you
have any questions.
The affiliate program is conducted in US dollars. All foreign sales are
converted to US dollars at the exchange rate applicable at time of sale. All
payments are in US dollars.
We currently use two methods:
- By URL: You will be provided with a URL similar to the
following:

- By referral code: If the customer arrived at memletics.com
without using another affiliate, they will have the opportunity to enter
your affiliate code on the order form.

contact us.
Here are the tools that help you make the most of your affiliate account:
- Real-time affiliate account listing, including all commissions and
payments.
- URL & referral code display page.
- Affiliate discussion group
- Affiliate resources - including an email template, a flyer (in Word
format) and a poster (in Word format). More resources coming soon -
including affiliate sales training material.
All these tools are available from the affiliates menu (bottom of page)
in the store.
The affiliates program is subject to the
Memletics terms of use^ agreement. This page is an addendum to the
agreement. Following are specific marketing, content reuse and account
policies. By participating in the affiliates program, you agree to be bound
by the terms of use agreement and all conditions on this page.
Any violations of these policies or the terms of use agreement can result
in a suspension or closure of your account. This may involve forfeiture of
any commissions owing, without recourse.
Commission policies
These policies and conditions apply to commissions:
- Commissions are calculated on the net order total, less shipping and
taxes.
- A referral is only counted if on the first visit to memletics.com the
customer uses your referral ID, or if they specifically provide your
referral ID on the order form. If they arrive at memletics.com via a
different path, and then later click your affiliate link, this does not
count as a referral.
- Commissions are credited to your affiliate account when we ship the
customer order.
- We can only process commissions if the customer provides your
affiliate code at the time of order. We cannot retrospectively
apply commissions.
- If a customer obtains a refund the relevant commission will also be
deducted from the affiliate account. This also applies if a chargeback
occurs.
- Commissions only apply to normal retail sales through the
Memletics.com store. Corporate, reseller and licensing sales are not
included in this affiliate program, however we will at our discretion pay
a referral fee for affiliates who refer customers who become corporate
customers, resellers and licensees. Contact
us prior to referring your potential customer.
Marketing policies
It's important to us that any form of marketing used by you upholds a
good customer perception of Memletics.com. Please bear this in mind when
considering how you market our products for your affiliate program.
In particular, we do not permit affiliates to use the following while
directly or indirectly marketing Memletics.com products:
- Network abuse. This includes unwelcome email or other
electronic messages, cross-posting in newsgroups or discussion groups, or
submission of marketing content to non-commercial newsgroups or discussion
groups.
- Persistent browser windows or unrelated pop-ups.
- Misleading statements. You may not make misleading statements
about Memletics.com products. Use the Memletics.com website as a guide.
Affiliates with an exceptionally high customer refund rate may be in
violation of this policy.
- False reviews. You may only provide a review (or a resemblance
of a review) of Memletics.com products if you have personally acquired and
used the referenced product.
Content reuse policies
You may use up to a maximum of one browser page (total, across all
Memletics.com copyrighted materials) of content directly from Memletics.com
or products with a copyright owned by Advanogy.com. This restriction applies
per affiliate account. One browser page is defined as the visible text in a
browser window running at 800x600 at 10 point Verdana font, with standard
browser formatting.
The exception to this is where we provide affiliate resources. You may
use affiliate resources for the purposes of marketing Memletics.com products
only. These are clearly marked and only located in the affiliate resources
section of the site (link from the affiliates home page in the store).
Account and general conditions
These account and general conditions apply:
- If you provide false or invalid registration information, your account
may be deleted without notice. This applies if we cannot reach you by the
provided email address or phone number.
- We reserve the right to decline affiliate program applications. We
also reserve the right to close merchant accounts without cause. If we do
not provide a cause, we will pay out any direct sale commissions, above
US$10, before closing the account.
- You cannot refer yourself. You may not open a separate
affiliate account, or cause a third party to open an account, for the
purpose of gaining commissions on your own purchases. If requested, you
must provide evidence of marketing activity prior to a payment being made.
- Any accounts dormant for more than 12 months will be closed.
Commissions not related to direct customer purchases are forfeited.
- We may vary any conditions at any time without notice. We will
normally provide 30 days notice of changes to commissions.
- If laws in your country or state do not permit you to participate
in affiliate or referral marketing programs, you may not participate in
this program. It's up to you to ensure you comply with laws relevant
to your country or state. You agree to indemnify Advanogy.com against
legal issues arising from your participation in this program.
