Lost Usernames & Passwords

Personalized Products – PDF files asking for passwords

Orders from February 2004: Your password to open the PDF file is the password you created during your first order in the store. To retrieve it, see the instructions below for retrieving your password for the Memletics.com store.
Orders prior to February 2004: You can regenerate your PDF files so they use your current store password. Please log into the store, click Order Tracking, then go to your download page. Click the regenerate link and after a few minutes your new files will appear.

Lost password: If you have lost your password, go to memletics.com store using http://www.memletics.com/store then click “Order Tracking” (link at top right). On the login page, click the forgot password link.
Lost username: Your username is the email address you used during your order. If you don’t recall the email address you used, please find the emails you received from us when you placed your order. They would have arrived under the name “Memletics.com store.” If you are unable to find these emails, please contact us providing your full name, address (at the time of order), phone number and approximate order date.
Changed email address: Please contact us and provide your old and new email address, full name, address & phone number at the time of your order. We will update your account so you can log in with your new email address.

Note that the Member’s area uses a different username and password system for security reasons.

Lost password: If you have lost your password, go to http://www.memletics.com/members then click the “Forgot password” link.
Lost username (never registered): If you have never logged into the Member’s area before (separate to the store), you need to create a new username and password. Click the “Register” link on http://www.memletics.com/members and then register yourself. Make sure you use the same email address you used with your Memletics.com store order.
Lost username (registered before): Please find the email you received from us when you registered in the forums. It will have arrived under the name “Memletics Forums.” If you are unable to find this email, please re-register.
