Returns and refunds information
This page contains further information on returns/refunds policies and procedures.
Within 90 days of the purchase date we will provide a full refund (less
original shipping, if any) for any reason, subject to
these conditions:
- You complete a refund/return form (we will provide this).
- For electronic goods you warrant you have destroyed all
copies (including electronic and physical) of the material you purchased.
- For physical goods you must return the materials to us at your own cost. The materials
must be in resalable condition and must be adequately packed to prevent damage on return. We will process your refund on receipt
of the physical goods.
After 90 days we may still provide refunds depending on circumstances (at our discretion).
What's excluded?
We do not refund original shipping costs. If you are unsure if a product
is suitable, please order the electronic version first.
How do I obtain a refund?
Contact us via the form on the contact page for further
instructions. Note that we cannot process returns unless you have contacted us first.
What if my product is damaged during shipment?
We pack our products in sturdy packaging, however we unfortunately cannot cover damage to
products during shipment (this is the responsibility of the carrier). If you would like insurance and/or non-standard packaging, we are
happy to provide a quote. Please contact us before your order.
