Shipping Information
We usually ship in-stock products within 2 business days. This page describes general notes
and shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times for:

deliveries. Post box addresses may result in additional verification, delays in
shipping, or a cancelled order if we cannot verify your order. If you must use a post box
address, please make sure your phone number, including international dialing codes, is correct.
General Notes
- This information applies only to shipping of physical products from the Memletics Store.
- Often downloadable products are cheaper and/or are faster to arrive. See
formats help or downloads help for
electronic products.
- These are estimates only. They may vary according to factors outside our control, or if
you live outside major metropolitan areas.
- We do not take responsibility for the service or actions of third party organizations or
government agencies (eg customs).
- If you need guaranteed delivery or faster delivery times, or have special delivery
requirements, please see non-standard shipping below.
There are two standard options United States customers:
- UPS Ground. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.
- USPS Domestic - Media Mail. Estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days.
The charge for both of these options is based on total order weight. The charge is calculated
and displayed on the 'Select Shipment' page, before you complete your order.
If you need your order faster than this, see below in
non-standard shipping.
There are two standard options for other international customers:
- USPS International - Express Mail. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- USPS International - Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days.
The charge for both of these options is based on total order weight and the country you are
in. The charge is calculated and displayed on the 'Select Shipment' page, before you complete
your order.
