This help page provides more information on using the Memletics Store. It covers:

Security Information

We've designed Memletics.com for ease of use and security. Credit card information is only collected on a page protected by 128-bit SSL security and encryption. Before entering your credit card information, check your browser is in secure mode - indicated by a padlock or key in the status bar at the bottom of the page.

Minimum system requirements

What are the minimum system requirements?

This is the additional system requirement for using the Memletics Store:

  • Ability to connect to sites using SSL, or https. This protects your sensitive information. You can test https access at this store by clicking this link. If you see "Https works correctly" - you should have no problems using the secure pages of the store. If you'd like more help, check this page.

Note: This is in addition to the website minimum requirements on the website help page.

Can I order by phone, fax or email?

All orders for individual products must be via the web site. There may be alternatives for other licensing programs.

Browsing and selecting products

Where are all the products?

At present the store only sells the Memletics Manual & the Memletics Learning Styles Report, so there are only a few products in the store.

Why can't I add more than one copy of a "Single Reader" eBook to the shopping basket?

As the "Single Reader" license is provided to an individual, we only allow you to purchase one copy of these materials. If you need more copies, for example for business use, see the programs help page.

How can I order more than one copy of an eBook?

What about product prices and currency conversion?

Prices and currency conversion information is in the international help page.

How do I add a product to my shopping basket?

Click on Store (Buy Manual) on the navigation bar on the left of every page, click on one of the products underneath "Memletics Manual - Personal Use" and then click "Add to shopping basket."

Order steps

How do I start the order process?

Once you've added a product to your shopping basket, click "Start Checkout >" on the shopping basket page.

What are the steps in the order process?

Once you start the order process, these are the steps you will follow:

  1. Log on or new user. If you are an existing user, enter your logon details. If you are a new user, click "New User"
  2. Customer Details. If you are an existing user, verify your existing details. If you are new, enter your details. Further points:
    • Only the Company, Separate Shipping Address, Discount Code and Comments fields are optional. All other fields are mandatory.
    • You must agree to the Terms of Use each time you visit this page.
    • If you have a separate shipping address, click the "Use separate shipping address" checkbox in the address part of the page. Note that Post Office boxes may need verification and take longer to process, so if possible use a full street address for shipping.
  3. Shipping Address (optional). If you clicked the "use separate shipping address" on the previous page, you will see this page. Verify or enter your shipping address.
  4. Shipment Details. Select a shipment type. Notes:
    • For downloadable orders there is only one option.
    • For physical orders there may be one or more option.
    • If your country is not in our database, or if you'd like us to check the charge, select "Please advise or confirm charge." We'll email you with more information once you've completed your order.
  5. Verify Order. Verify all the details for your order are correct. When you click Next, your order will be saved. You will receive one of three emails at this point.
  6. Payment. Enter payment information for your order. See Payments below for more help. You will receive a second email once your payment has been accepted.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order is complete. See further below for more information on steps after your order, or go to the shipping help page for estimated shipping times.

After your order

How can I see my order at a later date?

Yes, you can view all your past orders online. Go to the store, click "Customer Menu" on the home page or on the footer, enter your login details, and then click the "View and track your orders" option.

How can I print a tax invoice?

The order details page, described in the answer above, can be used as a taxation invoice.

Why can't I access downloadable / personalized products straight away?

As each of these products needs to be inscribed with your details, these currently have to be processed individually. You'll be directed to a download page after your order, plus receive an email once they are available, with full instructions on how to access them.

How long do I have to wait for downloadable products?

They are usually available within 10 minutes. If you've waited longer please contact us.

How do I download electronic products?

Why am I prompted for a password when opening my eBook?

Most electronic products for individuals are protected by password. The password is:

  • For orders #200875 and above, the password is your store password you created on your order form.
  • For orders below #200875, the password is the credit card number you used during the order process, with no spaces or other characters.

Where have my downloadable products gone (from download manager)?

Downloadable products are usually removed from the download page within 10 days, or within 5 days after your download appeared to complete.

I still haven't received my shipment. What can I do?

If you haven't received your shipment after the period described in the shipping help page, check your order status is "shipped" in the order details page. If so, please contact us for further assistance.
