Free review copy for book trade members
We provide free review copies electronically for members of the book trade, for example to booksellers, distributors and professional reviewers. To obtain a
discount code for your free review copy, please use the promotional discount code form.
If you have further questions or requests, please contact us
with details of your organization, role and request.
Reselling the printed format
If you would like to order the Memletics Manual for reselling, you can do so from this site. See below for information on submitting your order as well as terms of sale.
Submitting your order
There are two methods:
- Online. At the end of this line there is a link to add the reseller format of the Memletics Manual to your shopping cart. You can then update the quantity you require in your cart. You can then checkout as per normal. Click to add the reseller format of the Memletics Manual to your cart.
- By Fax. Use the offline order form (in PDF format) to order by fax. All instructions are on the form.
Terms
Basic terms
- For orders of 1 copy: no minimum surcharge but firm sales only, 35% discount to booksellers.
- For orders of 2 copies: sale or return, 35% discount to booksellers.
- For orders of 3-9 copies: sale or return, 40% discount to booksellers.
- For orders of 10 or more copies: sale or return, 45% discount to booksellers.
Payment/Credit
Please note: Orders must be paid in full before they will ship. As we ship world wide, we are unable to provide credit account facilities. We offer multiple payment methods for you to finalise payment. These include...
Delivery
Free into Store (F.I.S) within continental USA and Australia for standard shipping. Orders ship from distribution centers located in Chicago, USA or Melbourne, Australia. For all other locations, or for modified shipping requirements (eg express), please select "Please confirm or advise shipping charge" on the shipment selection form.
Returns
Stock must be held for a minimum of three months and returned within six months from the original invoice date. You must contact us for authorization prior to returning stock. Return consignments must:
- be returned within 21 days of the authorization
- be sent to the advised location with freight paid by the returner
- arrive in mint condition, bearing no form of in-store marking or pricing
Misbound, faulty or damaged books
Claims for damaged stock on arrival must be made within 14 days of date of invoice. Memletics.com will
pay for the return of damaged stock. Please contact us prior to returning stock.
