Memletics Volume Licensing Program
Do you want to provide Memletics products to a large audience? Our
volume license program provides significant discounts to organizations
wanting to provide Memletics products to many employees or students.
This page provides an overview of the Memletics Volume License Program.
There are two main ways to license Memletics for multiple users - a volume
account and a site license. In summary:
- Volume Account: You deposit funds into a volume account. When a
user orders an eligible product using the volume account, the volume
account is reduced. Significant discounts apply based on the number of
each product ordered using the volume account.
- Site License: Anyone within your organization can obtain
eligible products. This is a fixed annual charge.

Volume Pricing
The pricing below is for primarily electronic formats of the Memletics
products. Users go to Memletics.com to register
and download their copy (see how it
works). Each user needs to provide unique identification
(employee number, student number or similar) during the registration
process.
Alternatively the key can be entered into a
Learning-Styles-Online.com
group for automatic usage on the website.
Volume Account
When you order a product using the volume account you receive a discount
based on how many of that product you've previously ordered. These are the
current discount breaks for eligible products:

Volume License offer: Get an extra
50% credit added to your volume account if you are one of the next five
organizations to order a volume account. Contact us with your order number
after ordering.

Alternative options are available for the site license (e.g. Memletics
Manual

Academic pricing
A 30% discount applies to officially
recognized educational organizations, charitable organizations or
organizations in countries with lower economic means.
Printed Options
- Printed materials: For the printed Memletics Manual, add $11 per copy for up
to 100 copies (ask for higher volumes). Shipping is extra and will be
advised. The other courses are also available at less cost - please ask.
- Print your own: For bulk copies of the printable PDF format,
add $70 per 200 copies. We ship you a CD with individual copies of the
manual in PDF format, ready for you to print & bind.

Expiry details
Site licenses expire after 12 months and can be renewed. Volume licenses
do not expire however any unused deposits may not redeemed after 12 months
of order.
Refund information
- For volume account licenses: Up to 3 months after your order
date, we are happy to refund any unused
funds in your account on your request, up to the funds originally paid.
- For site licenses: Up to 3 months after your order date, if you
are unhappy with the site license we will refund the fee you paid less existing
downloads at the volume account license rates.
