Memletics Volume Licensing Program - How it works

This page provides an overview of how the Memletics Volume Licensing Program works, including the various administration settings and the order process.

Volume license administration features

After payment for your volume license order, you download your personalized Volume License report. It contains important information such as your volume license key. This is the key that your users will enter to obtain products on your volume license. Note - credit card payments are processed immediately. This is an image of the first page of the report:

You can then log into the Memletics.com store to configure your volume account. The following screen shows the volume manager with two volume licenses active.

Clicking the settings link for a volume account takes you to the settings page. On here you can set validation rules to help prevent inappropriate use of your volume license. This includes settings for the ID number your users provide (eg employee number, student number), whether you want to approve every order, and which email domains are permitted. You can also set email notification when someone orders on your volume account.

The last setting on this page allows you to specify which products your users can purchase on the volume account. At present this includes the Memletics Manual - Printable PDF and the Learning Styles report. Others will be added in future.

Clicking the events link on the volume manager page shows you who has ordered and your payments for the volume account. We can also link back to your own learning management system if needed (contact us).

Clicking the templates link on the volume manager page takes you to a page that provides an email template you can use to notify your users of the volume license...

as well you can add a link to your intranet that links directly to our website & your volume license details. This means the user doesn't have to enter a volume license key later in the process.

Ordering products on the volume license

The available products page (linked from your email or intranet website) tells users which products they can order, and how to order.

During the order process, they select "Volume License" from the payment options. This means they don't have to provide any personal payment information.

When their order is saved, the payment system then asks them to confirm the volume license key.

The payment system then asks them for their identification (eg student number, employee number etc)

Their order is then set to complete.

The user can go to the download manager to download their order.

Once downloaded, they can open it in Acrobat to read and print.
