We may collect the following information from you for general communication and to provide our services:

If you use our interactive services (such as the Learning Skills Test), the following information may be collected:

  • Answers to questions, and associated analysis and scores

We also collect general statistics about how you arrived at our website and the pages you visit. We use website cookies and server log files to assist collection.

Use, disclosure and storage of personal information#

Information collected by us may be used for conducting business, internal review, to improve and customize content and services, to notify you about changes, and for communication purposes. Personally identifiable information will be kept confidential and on a need-to-know basis.

We will obtain your express permission before providing any personally identifiable information (including your email address) to another 3rd-party organization for marketing purposes. Currently we have no such arrangements.

We may provide your information to third party organizations where required for specific purposes, excluding direct marketing. Only the data needed to complete the service will be provided. Examples include web development and hosting contractors. In some cases we may provide demographic data to 3rd parties for research purposes, however information that may personally identify you will be removed.

Your information is collected and stored on servers located within the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives appropriate protection.

We will respond to your requests usually within 14 days, however we may take up to 30 days for more complicated requests.

We may change this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted online at www.memletics.com .

Complaints#

You are entitled to complain if you feel we have infringed your privacy. Complaints should be in writing and made through one of the contact options on our contact us page. We will respond within 14 days and let you know who is handling your query. We will attempt to resolve your complaint within 30 days, however if this is not possible we will inform you of the approximate timeframe.

If you feel we have not adequately dealt with your complaint, please contact the relevant government entity handling online privacy in your country or state.
