What are the system requirements for using Memletics.com?
A machine capable of running Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 and above, or Netscape
Navigator 6 and above. Other browsers should still work sufficiently, however we cannot answer
questions for those browsers.
What are the symbols after certain links on the site?
We use two symbols after links to help you understand what those links will do. These are:
^ - This indicates the page (within the Memletics site) will open in another browser
window
⇒ - This indicates the page is on an external site.
If there are no symbols after the link, the link takes you to a page within the
Sometimes links with symbols don't appear to work. What's happening?
It may be because the window is already open, but it's behind your current browser window. In
Microsoft Windows try pressing Alt-Tab to switch to other windows (hold your finger on Alt to
see all the windows you can switch to). Alternatively you can click the icons on the task bar.
We use cookies on the site to assist with site functionality. They are required for the
Memletics Store and the Memletics Forums. Cookie usage is within our privacy policy described in
the Memletics Terms of Use agreement.
What are some common problems users have while browsing the site?
Most often its cookies. Please ensure they are enabled before using the store.
If you are sure cookies are enabled but get an error while accessing the store, try entering the store from the home page. This often resets cookie problems, especially if you have linked directly to a page in the store.
The store has a 20 minute session timeout. If you do not move between pages within 20 minutes, you may loose your session. If this happens, you will need to restart your order.
Some users have reported issues with ZoneAlarm Pro while using the store. If you get excessive page timeouts, try disabling this software temporarily.
Where can I get further support for problems I have using the site or it's features?
The first place is this Memletics Support area. You can also search
the site at the search page (on the Navigation bar on the left of the main pages) - this includes all the support
pages.

What variation of English appears in Memletics.com products?
We use American English, and associated measurement systems, in most
Memletics products. This is because we are catering to a larger customer base in
the USA and Canada.
Will Memletics be translated to other languages?
At present there are no immediate plans to translate Memletics products into
other languages.
