Did you know a computer is forgetful? It has to refresh its main memory hundreds of times each second, otherwise it loses the stored data. The human brain is similar, however thankfully it doesn’t need as much refresh as that. Using Memletics significantly improves your retention. If you don’t use the information you have stored though, it’s eventually lost.
Write down the techniques you use to learn content, and then add the important topics to your review schedule. Review your content as you need to. If you use the material regularly, you can skip over some parts of your review. Focus on the material that you have not used or reviewed for a while.
